Training built around the point in the week where it has always come apart before.
The first session is a conversation away from the gym, where we work out what actually interrupts it each time.
If nothing changes in the first session, you don’t pay.
Message me with a little about where you are starting from and I will tell you exactly how I can help.
About an hour, somewhere local and away from the gym. No weighing, no food diary and nothing physical.
Every plan you have followed, how long each one lasted, and the point at which each one stopped. That last detail is the one that matters.
There is almost always one point in the week the whole thing hinges on. We find yours and build the plan so that point is the easy one.
Two or three sessions a week, a small number of lifts, and the steps you already take. Designed so consistency does not depend on motivation.
We go in and train together, on the day of the week we identified as the one that usually breaks. Thirty minutes inside, thirty minutes afterwards. Getting that specific session to happen is what the whole plan hangs on.
You leave with the training week written down and the one session that has to happen protected. From there it is fortnightly check-ins while you train on your own.
If you have made a plan work before and want it to hold this time, the first conversation costs nothing.
Book a Consultation"Calling this personal training doesn't do it justice. Yes, I learnt how to lift weights. But more importantly, I learnt how to stop listening to the part of my head that said I shouldn't be there."
Gymshark found that women who attend the gym four or more days a week are 263% more likely to feel confident there than women attending once a week. Confidence follows attendance rather than the other way round, which means the useful question is not how to feel ready, it is what stops you turning up.

Once turning up stops being a decision you have to win every time, the physical side takes care of itself, and it is the part I can help you with most easily.
Weight is one measure and it is a poor one on its own. What actually changes your health comes from training consistently, and most of it never shows on a scale.
Strength work protects your bones, which matters more each year. It also holds onto muscle that dieting alone strips off you, and muscle is what keeps the weight off once you stop actively trying.

The mental side is just as real. Women who train consistently report better sleep and steadier mood, and most notice that well before they notice their clothes fitting differently.

I work in person with women across Bracknell, Wokingham, Ascot, Crowthorne, Sandhurst and the surrounding Berkshire area, fitting sessions around work rather than expecting you to fit around me.
If you have searched for a weight loss personal trainer, a personal trainer for women near me, or how to stay consistent at the gym, and the plan was never what failed, this is aimed squarely at that.
Strength training explains why lifting matters more than cardio for keeping weight off. If getting to the gym at all is the sticking point, read gym confidence coaching. And personal training over 40 covers doing this later on.
You already know the plan works, because you have made it work before. What gets added here is the part that keeps it going. Three to five months to training independently, and the first session is free if nothing changes. Message me and I will show you where I would start.
Later, yes. We start elsewhere, because you have followed plans before and they worked while you followed them. The plan was never the missing piece.
What happens in the week you stop going. That point is usually the same each time, and it is where the whole thing turns.
The honest answer is that it depends on consistency rather than on any programme. Gymshark found women training four or more days a week were 263% more likely to feel confident in the gym than those going once a week. Turning up is the variable that matters.
It is personal training that starts one step earlier. Everything physical still happens, it just happens after the reason you stop has been dealt with.
Drop me a message and tell me where you’re starting from. I’ll help you from there.
