When you message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number, your name (if provided), and the content of any messages you send. If you later become a client, I also keep session notes relevant to your coaching, which may include personal details you share about your experiences and history relevant to the coaching process.
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to deliver coaching sessions if you become a client, and to maintain accurate records of our work together. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp messages are stored on WhatsApp's platform in line with their own privacy policy. Session notes, where kept, are stored securely and are only accessible to me. Notes are kept only for as long as necessary to provide effective ongoing coaching.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data. To make any of these requests, email paddykeane@icloud.com and I will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts that collect personal data.
